Once a month, a short test built from recent lessons shows what your ear now catches.
What's inside

Grammar and vocabulary
Eight questions built around the month's key phrases and the grammar underneath them.

Questions, answered
What is ✅ Monthly Level Tests?
A short listening-and-comprehension test, once a month, built from that month's own lessons. It only asks what the dialogues taught, so you see what your ear now catches instead of guessing.
What's in a test?
Eighteen questions in three sections: 👂🏻 a short story read aloud, 📋 grammar and vocabulary, and 🗞️ a real French article with an ⚡ À la parisienne version. You get a score out of 18.
How long does it take?
About fifteen minutes.
I'm newer to French. Is it too hard?
The tests are calibrated for where you're heading, not where you started, so they're meant to stretch you. On the July test, 6+ was a genuinely good score for newer learners.
Is it free?
Section 1 of the July test is open to everyone: it's the one above. The answers, the full test and every past test come with the 💎 Premium Program, which starts with a 7-day free trial and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
How is it different from the free level test?
🧭 The Placement Test tells you where you stand today: eight clips, about two minutes. ✅ Monthly Level Tests track your climb from there, month after month.
Can I listen to the lessons on the go?
Yes. Every lesson is also an episode in 💜 The Private Podcast, with ⚡️ Live Transcript. The free weekly episode is on Apple Podcasts and Spotify.
